Lawyer, researcher and writer

Maître Tariq Elmourif is a lawyer at the Marrakech Bar. His office is in Tinghir, and he also meets clients in Marrakech by appointment. He appears before every court in Morocco, with a permanent presence in all cities.

He holds a Master's in Business Law from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech and is preparing a PhD on public procurement. He combines daily court practice with research and writing, and personally follows every case in plain language, keeping clients informed at every stage.

What are the office hours?

The Tinghir office is open Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm; meetings in Marrakech are also possible by appointment. We recommend booking through the form or WhatsApp.

Do you take cases outside Tinghir and Marrakech?

Yes. Maître Elmourif appears before every court in Morocco, with a permanent presence in all cities. His office is in Tinghir; he can also meet you in Marrakech by appointment, or consult remotely by phone or video.
